Job search, write your CV, apply for jobs, interview and presentation skills, confidence to be the best person for the job.

Communication skills, listening and body language, dealing with complaints/ conflict.

Essential for construction roles, improve safety, reduce risk and accidents.

Skills to work with children in a broad range of employment.

Understand the skills and knowledge for employment options in health and social care.

Learn the abilities required to sell in shops, internet and work with the public.

How an office functions, team work, skills in communication, using the phone, dealing with
